Founded by Charles Frank, a Chartered Security Professional with over 30 years of experience in protective security, security risk assessment, and public safety, State2 Security Ltd delivers expert security risk management consultancy services for organisations across the UK.
Charles has worked across diverse sectors, including law enforcement, defence, pharmaceuticals, construction, and manufacturing, and is highly skilled in counter-terrorism, crisis management, behavioural detection, and securing assets of strategic national importance.
